How do I order?
1. Select items from our product list by adding them to your cart. Once done, click Checkout.
2. Select your preferred delivery method. Fill out your contact information and click "Continue to shipping" to proceed.
3. Choose your shipping method and verify your purchase summary. Click "Continue to payment" to proceed to the next page.
4. Select preferred payment method. Click "Complete order" to finish.
5. For orders paid using Credit/Debit Card and GCash via Paymongo, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.
6. For orders with bank deposit/online transfer and Paymaya payment methods, you will receive an email with an order number, together with the payment details. Once payment has been made, kindly reply to the received email, attaching your proof of payment. Wait for a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Processing of orders will be done once payment has been made and confirmed.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
For customized items, it depends on the quantity and the product, and the volume of orders we are currently processing as well. Here is the list of working days for each product:
Fine Mist Spray Bottle - 2-3 days
Foam Pump Bottle - 2-3 days
Insulated Tumbler - 4-5 days
Name Decal - 2-3 days
Cardstock Cake Topper - 4-5 days
Acrylic Cake Topper - 4-5 days
Do you accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Since most of our items are customized depending on your order, we don't accept payments via COD.
Can I request for a design or an item that is not listed on your page?

I want to personalize giveaways for my party/event, how do I do this?
You can browse our site for some of our giveaway ideas. You may send us a message to order or inquire.
What is the shipping policy?
We ship nationwide (fixed rate for orders below 1kg):
Tarlac - 135
NCR/Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao - 165
We offer free shipping for orders above Php 3000.
Please note that we have no control over the courier and we acknowledge that couriers may encounter delays in shipment. Should this happen, please let us know via email info@carfycart.com
*Carfy Cart will not be liable for any lost or delayed shipping once the parcel has been transferred to the courier. For any lost, delayed, or damaged items incurred in shipping, please contact the respective courier for real-time updates.
For customers who selected pickup during checkout, we'll notify you via email and text message once your order is ready for pickup. Schedule of pickup is every Monday from 10am - 12pm only.
How can I pay for my orders?
Carfy Cart accepts the following forms of payment (to be selected at checkout):
a) All major credit cards via PayMongo
b) GCash via Paymongo
c) Bank Deposit/Online Bank Transfer - BPI and Security Bank
d) Paymaya
The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see at checkout (Philippine Peso). You will receive an invoice with the billing details entered at checkout for every order placed on the website. Shipping fee is added upon checkout.
For payments via Paymaya and Bank Deposit/Online Bank Transfer, you will receive an email containing our payment account information along with your order number. Once paid, reply to the received email and send your proof of payment. Make sure to take a full and clear photo of the deposit slip/payment transaction.
