Refund Policy


Carfy Cart products are carefully crafted and go through our quality control procedures.  We do not accept refunds and returns, only exchanges if the products you purchased from us appear to be incorrect from what you ordered. If this happens, please contact us at with the details of the product and proof of purchase.

Make sure to inform us within 7 days upon receipt of the incorrect items, otherwise, we cannot offer you an exchange anymore.

The following are required to be eligible for an exchange:

1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. The item should be in its original packaging.
3. A receipt or proof of purchase is needed.

Shipment details will be sent via email.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item for exchange, together with the approval or rejection of your returned item.

If  approved, your exchange will be processed, and we will deliver the correct item to your same delivery address, within a certain amount of days.
